If things go right Monty gets traded next summer at the earliest or the latest will be before the 27 playoffs. I am not sure I would let Primeau play another Hab game, if he stumbles he may as well go play in Europe and there goes an asset. Trade him this summer while someone still would gamble...

I think he gets traded this summer in a package.. I can't see him playing another season in the AHL as he has already lost the starting position next year anyways. He will be 26 at the start of next season.. Time to cash in with what we can get for him.

I agree he is not soft, he has a NTC and i doubt he gives the thumb up for a trade to Montreal.. rumor out here is that the Canucks are interested in bringing him back..

I agree, that is why it is so important to get a good+ 2C to take the heat off the Suzuki line. to win the Cup you need your 3rd and 4th line to chip in and get big goals.

Suzuki has not missed a game in 4 seasons.. he gets better every year, in the big games/playoffs he gets double shifted, get him a good 2nd line center that teams have to also focus on and his ceiling is 90 plus points..

Well in game 1 we out scored the Caps 2-0 in the 3rd on 14 shots.. last night we out shot the Caps in the 3rd 14-5 and had some great looks, Thompson made 2-3 big saves that could of turned the game around.. I stand by what i said , we were the better team in the 3rd period in both games.

Caps aggressive forecheck is good.. they are hitting us every chance they get.. our # 1 line is not getting much space out there so it was nice that we had Dvorak's line score... Home ice advantage should help change that.. MSL move on shortening the bench was a good move.. I totally understand...
