The article below says that ESPN has been conservative about hawking their site. Maybe so elsewhere in the country, but they‘re ubiquitous on my TV, just as much as the others. And the link to the site is on the top menu on their web site.

MLB would never admit the truth on Ohtani even if there was proof he was involved in wrongdoing...that will get so swept under the rug like no tomorrow. Nothing to see here, move along.

That's the rub. Even if Ohtani did nothing wrong, MLB has lost credibility to the point where nobody's gonna buy that version of events regardless. They're kind of screwed either way.
