Of course the Habs have to draft... le Buuuuuuuuut

So Connor Bedard's playing Calgary tonight and the Sattledown's sold out.

Preeeeetty amazing. Said it earlier this season, but if you live in Western Canada and have the chance to go see him live, you owe it to yourself.

Shitty goal, but god is that a shot.

Unfortunately I missed his only game in Edmonton.

Was hoping he would get traded

Saw him at 1.5 world juniors though

He came to Edmonton the day after the Habs were here but I wasn't able to go. I figure I'll get plenty of chances once he becomes a Hab.

And yeah, that's a shit goal that probably wouldn't happen in the NHL unless Allen was having a particularly bad night.

I saw him live at 12 when my son hammered him hard in to the boards, something he can tell the grandchildren some day

He'll be 19 around the time the draft comes around and is a fringe OHL player.

I don't see much of a point in taking him beyond making his older brother happy. I don't think he ever plays pro beyond those small leagues.

I can never remember all the rules. Could we give his brother a PTO in the off season? If for no other reason, to do something cool for Arber who appears to be a fixture going forward.

Nope, because he's draft eligible.

We could invite him to the development camp and/or to the regular training camp in Fall if we wanted to, though. All assuming he goes undrafted.
