it's a risk/reward evaluation in Michkov's case and that if there's a player they consider as equal talent and potential those factors might weigh Michkov down, but he's not at the point where he can say for sure there is a player on par with him to make those decisions

Again the offense translating is the question mark but as long as they're patient. I much prefer a player that grew up playing in North America all other things being equal.
