it's a risk/reward evaluation in Michkov's case and that if there's a player they consider as equal talent and potential those factors might weigh Michkov down, but he's not at the point where he can say for sure there is a player on par with him to make those decisions
It's very very possible he's the second best talent in this draft age that's what has the GMs second guessing themselves.

Thats why I cant see him falling to 5

Waz is right the Habs will choose between Leonard, Dvorsky, Orville Redenbacher they won’t pick Michkov unless Bobrov has some ability to get him out of Russia

If Michkov is somehow there at #5, the Habs will grab him. The talent disparity is too great vs the next tier of prospects. You can’t let a potential homerun pick move the needle elsewhere while you settle for a nice safe player. Three years is not a long wait. Slaf should be good by then

100 percent agree. Bobrov will get him out.
