He's been rocketing up the charts like a Beatles single circa 1964 so it may not be a reach by draft day. But Senneke's season is pretty much over. He's injured and not playing and his team is down 3 games to none in the OHL finals.
There's almost no chance that Guhle gets traded. First, HuGo apparently love him. Second, they are looking to at least be in the mix for a WC spot probably by no later than than the '25-'26 season and trading Guhle will make that possibility way, way less likely.

I’m sure Verbeek is jerking off non stop at the thought of drafting Silayev and I’d be shocked if Hawks haven’t been permanently camped scouting Levshunov down the road at Mich State
That leaves CBJ as the wildcard, who could go any direction, pulling off another PLD move and draft Demigod right before Habs pick

Dickinson won't be able to "replace" what Guhle brings to the table (when he's not injured) for 3-4 years at least. That's a big problem for a team that wants to compete for a playoff spot soon.Absolutely ridiculous rationale.

I think I might feel that Lindstrom is right pick for us. Might have the biggest upside due to the fact that he is a beast... And he's certainly shown he has high end offensive upside too.
Injuries are a fear... But you don't see injuries derail careers nearly as much these days. Of course it still can happen.

I just don’t see the high end offensive upside. I know he’s raw so it might come but I don’t see it at the moment. If he was 6’, I don’t think he’d even be in the top 20.

There are some rumors out there it's a herniated disc. If true, that could be fatal for his top pick status. Killed Eric Daze's career and really diminished Patrice Bergeron. Really does suck. As much as I'm not a fan of him for us, he's clearly a great kid. Hopefully none of this is true.
