2024 Draft

You realize the lower we go, the less chance we draft your son, Berkly.
He'll go higher than you think. Iginla is playing his way back down. Lindstrom has serious back issues and questionable IQ. And Eiserman is 1 dimensional. Won't be surprised one bit if Catton is the 2nd forward taken.

well the funniest is the new one from female X posters

Remember the old days when if you called a woman a bitch, or anything about her being a woman in response, you were an asshole and men had to change? Well women have a standard response to you any criticism or challenge they face on X/Social media from men. They call men who disagree "incels".
Well to be fair, most of the comments that criticize these women are guys with neck beards who's entire experience with women comes from watching porn for hours at a time.

I appreciate his scouting insights but I feel he's a bit out of touch with the reality of the league with it comes to team building or projecting players careers.
He made an important distinction when rating the players. He was ranking them based on where they would be on the depth chart of a Cup winning team, not a random mediocre or shitty team.

Is Suzuki a #1 center in the NHL? Yes. Is he a #1 center on a Cup winner? Probably not.

Yeah but his idea of a Cup winning team is the dynasties of the past, pre-cap era, with great talent at every position.

It's not true any more, Cup winning have depth but plenty of so-so players as well. I'm not sure that his vision of a Cup winning team can be built in this era. He essentially moves everyone down the roster except the elite/franchise players.

Hahahah all that crying about winning games and how we were on our way to the 15th pick when we were 25th/26th and we end up 28th.

Everybody is. People seem to expect "media" to be correct every time when nhl management is wrong more often than not.
