There are 3 defenseman currently listed in the top 10 and they're all bunched in the middle; the precise range where the Habs will likely be drafting again next summer. So we're either taking yet another defenseman or we're taking a reach on a forward who probably tops out as a 3rd line checker.

We absolutely need to tank.

Exactly what we need, a playmaker. Right now we have next to nothing in terms of players that can create something out of nothing.
