I don’t. Players with his “profile” don’t typically drop that far.

It’s not happening. Jordan Harris is a marginal NHL player at best.

Parekh has such a high ceiling. It's no joke that he's broken OHL records for D scoring. Super high ceiling. And apparently reports that he sucks in his own end are not accurate.

Also was his team's top scorer and it was not even close.

Hughes just said that they will likely draft a forward, and one who’s ready to play in the NHL soon. Sounds like Demidov, Lindstrom or Sennecke. Catton is nowhere near NHL ready due to his size.

If he said that it is time for a new GM. You don't take nhl ready you take the guy you think will have the best career.

I understand but regardless, they’re not drafting Dickinson. Hughes has been clear that they won’t draft a Left D. I understand that we’re just saying who we’d like them to draft but when the GM repeatedly says we’re not doing X, asking him to do X seems pointless, no?

I would assume that it’s understood that if two players are projected to have great careers, he’ll take the one closer to being NHL ready. I’m sure that’s what he meant.
