In all fairness, Lehkonen had his breakthrough season the year we traded him. Most of his time in Montreal he was underwhelming but I’m glad he found his groove. He was always a hard worker, and now he rediscovered his offense. Still don’t love the trade, but I appreciate the player.

Jets imploding spectacularly. Hate to be rooting against a Canadian team. but a combo of their nauseating fans on other boards, and we having their pick, it's awesome. Plus couldn't happen to a bigger POS than Scheifele. They simply can't handle Ave's speed/transition game. No answer for it. We beat them for the same reasons back in 2021. They looked woefully outcoached too.
