Having been a diehard Expos fan, I feel for Jets fans, , too many parallels, this was the year to provide hope by having a deep playoff run - the team reminds me of the Expos Team of the 80s; great talent throughout the lineup, outstanding amateur player procurement & development, good management, but missing that player “with hair on his ass” as Duke Snider used to say

- Lose before WCF, 28

- Lose before WCF and another one of NYR, DAL, CAR doesn't make the final-4, 27

BTW - from today’s 32 Thoughts, NBA is expected to announce they are adding 2-teams including Seattle. Kraken ownership are very concerned about taking a backseat in the city’s sports scene and Ron Francis has been given a mandate to be very aggressive this summer towards establishing a winning franchise

Wonder if Dundon got news of that info and doesn’t want to enter a bidding war - since he is afterall running the Canes like a hedge fund w all moves being analytically orchestrated by Tulsky
