Man, I always hate the way the Isle fans treat JT on his return games there. When he left, he was very respectful of the team, fans and organization. I felt it was disgusting and vowed never to treat a returning Leaf the same way.

It should blow John's return to the island out of the water. John was a good soldier that took a value RFA contact for a poverty franchise that played in a dumpy hell hole of an arena in suburban Narnia and he just wanted to go and play for his boyhood team.

Isles fans were right. Tavares acted like a little bitch. He taught Marner well. I said at the time that JT was a dressing room cancer and now that cancer has metastasized into Marner.

It was pretty clearly Mitch's perception though, that he was in Auston's shadow. The language coming from his team for years in their media leaks have made that pretty clear. Even the most recent stuff complains about not being treated like the guy, being passed over for the C, etc.

Yeah, fucking tons of room in the city for multiple players, but Mitchy's ego couldn't handle not being anointed.
