Robertson would be nuts to re-sign here after yet another season where he was healthy scratched for large portions of the regular season and the majority of the playoffs while scoring at around a 20-goal pace.

And this time around he doesn’t even have the hope of a fresh start under a new coach.

Might be a contract that looks poor initially but sometimes you take a chance on the player. I think he’s going to get more opportunity next season if he’s here.

I wonder if maybe he'd consider trading Laughton instead and keeping Kampf...
