If the Habs get lucky enough to draft lafreniere does Gallagher give up #11? I think not until he's off the team.
 
I see Dudley has decided to not renegotiate his contract with Canes, and I expect he’ll head to Buf to install his hybrid scouting mechanism since he lives there year round. Canes also could lose other front office personnel. Aho is also due his bonu$ tomorrow.

Time has come for Habs to get cold & vicious and start poaching high end scouting & management talent from the “have not” teams, the opportunity has presented itself....

Unless someone was voluntarily willing to leave for greener pastures it wasn’t going to happen. Additionally TBay is tough, Vinik is loaded and committed as an owner - he’d match $

Now is a totally. different situation due to macroeconomic climate. Lots of US based teams will be bleeding $

Futa wants to remain on the west coast according to my source , he is my first choice for sure
 
Give him enough money and the East coast might start to be more interesting.

He left the Kings in very, very good shape. If they can get someone to take one of Quick/Brown off their hands in the near future, watch out. They've got something brewing there.
 
No reason he couldn't work from the WC with occasional trips to Montreal once this pandemic crap is over.

Looks like Zimmerman and a few other MLB players have told their union they will not be playing on grounds it could be harmful to their families, same with some NBA players. Will be interesting to watch play out - I’m still convinced play isn’t going to resume. Too much going on, worst thing that could happen is reopen the have a flare up & be forced to shutdown.
 
My only hope is that they're going to play hockey in Canada.

The Americans have done such a terrible job with the virus, it's unbelievable.
 
Playing hockey in August is just not natural I tell ya. That's enough reason enough to shut it down,regardless of the COVID.

Don't think the money makers will buy that one.
 
So training camp for next season will start right after the playoff ends? What's the schedule for next year will look like?
