Yeah Foote is a throw-in. Coleman is basically AJ/kap/Kerf on a far cheaper contract. Nice cheap depth piece essentially for a 1st.
Kerfoot has never scored 21 goals in a season, Coleman is already there
Kapanen has never scored 21 goals in a season, Coleman is already there
Johnsson has never scored 21 goals in a season, Coleman is already there.
I know the penchant to overvalue your players but Coleman is a bit of a step up from those guys. Lightning are looking for goals, Coleman give them that possibility more than your three. I don't think you'd get Foote plus a first for any of those three.
Is that how you value players now?
I mean, yeah, I thought I was being kind to Coleman with that comparison. Didn't expect that response tbh. I thought Zeke or some shit would be yelling at me because Coleman is worse than them.
Tampa needs goals? When a team is looking for goals specifically, like the Lightning, you take Coleman over any one of the three Leafs mentioned. It's not even a question.
Is Coleman better than marner? He scores more goals. Leafs fans are delusional if they think they can get that package for marner lmao homers. Coleman >>>>Yes, they're looking for more secondary scoring. You know, to actually win a playoff series. Oh sorry, you don't know. My bad.
Hey what strain did you just imbibe? Sounds awesome. Is Coleman better than marner? He scores more goals. Leafs fans are delusional if they think they can get that package for marner lmao homers. Coleman >>>>
Lol, the Leafs problem is scoring.
Nolan looks like a decent prospect. That's nolan foote not cal foote. Though neither of them look like very good prospects tbh.
Blake Coleman is pretty good.
But Tampa needs goals so Coleman is more useful to them than marner. I'll take a 28 year old with a career high of 36 points over anyone that scores less goals. It's basic math.Hey what strain did you just imbibe? Sounds awesome.
Kerfoot
Johnsson
Kapanen
Those are the three you mentioned. They won't put up 70 assists.
