Yes. Over that same 2 yr period, he leads the league in PP goals with 39. Kreider is 2nd with 37 and 7 players (including Matthews) are tied for 3rd with 25. He and Connor are also running away with 1-2 in PP Points (Connor with 79, Leon with 72, 3rd place has 62).

I mean, sure you absolutely try. But don't get involved in any bidding wars. He's a good player but not irreplaceable. I promise they'll be fine without him.

Can't keep everyone, that's the nature of the cap. With Mikky specifically, there just isn't enough track record of success for us to remotely feel comfortable giving him 4+ million for 4-5 years. Career year shooting % streaks are a bad thing to risk a 20 million dollar contract on.

I promise they won't. As much as Matty and Marner and yadda yadda this year, I don't doubt for a second that we wouldn't be where we are without Mikky and Engvall.

Don't care about Kase. Can delete from other places. Gotta keep those two (I know Engvall's staying, but Mikky must be retained).
