Disagree. That’s worse if the player sucks. One at least can breathe and play
The names mentioned are bad contracts but provide some contribution
Price has the worthy contract in the league
Price is just a contract and can likely be moved cheaper than Bob.One at least can breathe and play

Maybe in a few yearsPrice is just a contract and can likely be moved cheaper than Bob.
I thought the team had the cap space to absorb SMWithout Prices ltir the Habs wouldn't have had the space to take on Monahan and get a first in doing so.
Can't maneuver like that when they're sucking in the lineup.
Nope. Once season hit and they iced a team with the RFA signed they were way over. Heck they're over $94m rn. That's a lot of cheese. Too bad it's Swiss cheese. Team is so bad.I thought the team had the cap space to absorb SM
What it does is allow the richer teams to use their might. They put more into the league in revenues, ltir allows them more creativity and use of their war chests. There's no need to move Price. Most or all of his contract is likely covered by insurance and his cap hit only really matters to the summer cap. It places some limitations on how the Habs can manage the rest of their cap situation, but not enough to make it worth giving up assets to trade it off.
It's mostly a nothingburger, the odd gun nut public statement notwithstanding

Tragedy averted over in Edmonton as they just beat the mighty (checking over the notes, give me a sec, forgot my glasses, ahh there we are...)
Ducks.
yeah I have to echo this sentiment. he may be back in the lineup, but doubt he is back to full strength anytime this seasonWe've seen these skate blade injuries before and the player never comes back anything resembling 100%. Fit to play, but with their hands surgically removed. For a guy like Kane who makes his money with his hands and shot, it will be next year at some point before he's really right imo.
