Why did the Rapehawks trade Hagel again, when he was only 23 and had put up 21 goals & 37 points in 55 games?

Part of their effort to deliberately tank for Bedard?

yah Gourde is a UFA, Bjorkstrand has one year left at $5.4 m.

Bjorkstrand is apparently worth +3 doms and $5 m in value.

Because Tampa hasn't gone into LTIR they had $1 million in cap space, which is $6 mill in deadline space.

Meanwhile our genius capologist has kept Krok on LTIR since the Lilly trade when they were a couple mill under the cap and didn't have to.
