To be fair, he may have thought it was Tom Wilson and therefore should get a bonus.

But yeah, that type of "play" should be a 2-3 game suspension... bit in the current NHL it's a fine at the most.

2 games was fair but the suspension should have gone to Rasmus Dahlin instead

I was in the 1 game camp but 2 games was fine. I would have given 3 games to the third string catcher, as opposed to watching him play as the DH though.

Auston should have broken a few of Dahlin's teeth, was only an extra 2 games. That's less probably less than a game per tooth, solid value.

Yes the argument is that the league screwed the Leaf for an infraction it left unpenalized many many times before.
