In this case it did. Softball stuff for Marty. You speak of player development and he speaks of "the process" yet we continually see bantam level 3 on the puck, not having your man, no covering pinches, no flow.

Not exactly sure what you're developing when you have players that are obviously well beyond bantam. MSL has been given a pass for his hybrid system that few understand for a very long time. At what point is it the system and not the player?

Yup , a cap increase only works if you have value deals like Bratt /Hughes/ Heischer about 24 mil and 2 of them for 6 more years
