Around The League - 2024-25 Regular Season

Yes it is, with a few bright spots
Rich athletes live in the bright spots….i’ve got family in “Jersey”…..their neighborhood is stunning…in less than 20 minutes they’re in Manhattan enjoying the city

I never understood this hatred for Jersey.....

If i'm a hockey player, i wanna play in Jersey....you are playing in NY, without the media pressure......but you get to enjoy the pleasures of NYC

Most of the athletes live in New Jersey anyways....Giants, Jets, Rangers, Islanders, Knicks, Nets, Mets, Yankees......

This New Jersey hatred is mostly fan perceived.....New Jersey has a nice rink....New Jersey is one of the top income state in the US....it's not the swamp you think it is.....

As an athlete I would be on cloud 9 playing anywhere earning big money doing something that 99.999% of the world cant do

North jersey or south jersey has bright spots for sure. On a whole? You can keep the state. I've experienced both sides of Jersey.

Cherry Hill is nice (or at least it was when I last visited in 1987) But then you drive a few miles west and you hit Camden which is the opposite of nice.
