Appears there was a STL Dman who was to be going to Philly in deal for Hayes & Sanheim who invoked his NTC to STL.

Sounded to me like Torey Krug invoked his no trade (not a Flyers Dman).

Sanheim is the only Flyer dman with a no trade, but that doesn't kick in until July 1st.
