I still have family in CT so I'm there on occasion. Things are definitely better than they were in the 80s and 90s but the big problems are still there. Its ridiculously expensive to live there, the traffic on I84, I91 and I90 is still a nightmare, and the winters are cold and snowy (just to touch on a few things).

Few things suck more than driving to Boston through Connecticut, at almost any time of the day. I-95 is a nightmare there too.
