this myth that Therrien was holding the young players back is flawed

he helped a lot of players come along
so did julien

some were fails for both


and in the pros and cons for both there were a lot of factors, natural maturing, asst coachings, line mates, raw skill, etc

that said I do think julien can help players improve but mostly I think he will help the team improve defensively with a legit system

I've had the opportunity to meet & converse with both thanks to clients - MT possesses the thought capacity of pig vomit, my clients have told me the ownership consortium openly mock MT. I found Julien was as classy & thought provoking a human being as you'll find.

This annual mid season slump shit, he could never overcome .... as for Jules return, it's all deja vu again given the stringent requirements of a Hab head coach in MTL. Either way, Jules has the experience and a pretty good team to work with....exception being 50 frikkin 1 in particular.
