Welp, now that things are as close to normal as they've been in two years, time to bump this thread.

Went to Gokudo in December, was okay, but not my type of place. I want to try a few places in the next few weeks.
 
Heading to Baguio City in the mountains today for the weekend. The cuisine here is ummm interesting.

I will say South Korea has a heavy influence.
 
The fishiest fish fucking smelling crap. It’s like they’ve never heard of marinating. I grew up with fish in a Greek household and I can absolutely prepare it better that this🤮.

The noodles in Korea were awesome though. Kimchi too.

Bump.

So, those of you in Montreal, CH1 (and I) need recommendations.

This is the first summer in a decade that I'm probably not going to do much cooking. My free time is going to be spent working and more working.
