I would call out the conflict directly and dare them to assign him again.
 
I really think they feel they have to show people they are not biased towards the Leafs by going horribly overboard on the calls. It's the only answer.

At 5v5 we were fine. Started a bit slow, but fine.

PK was a bit of a mess, some of that was just Sammy being dogshit tonight though. PP was good when it got the chance.
 
Last year's game 1 was similar. Gong show that was hard to analyze really. If they weren't clearly the better team I'd feel worse about being 1 down because if does statistically put them in a shitty position. But they should still be the faves.

Yeah, they're not going to say shit. But the only way to combat it is to air it out. Put the McCauley/Keefe beef out in front and let the media run with it. Yeah, dare league office to assign him again.
 
Not a great game but this is the right take.

The ice was starting to tilt at this point and it was stolen away from them.

 
So my meeting started at 2 pm and went to fucking 6:30 pm.

And I couldn't log into 66 (I'm out of free uses today? I haven't used it at all!), so I came here to get a glimpse of what happened before I go watch later and...holy fuck. At least I don't have to watch anything more than the highlights.

Looking like some of us were warranted to hate what they ended up doing with the roster in the end.
