GDT #56: Leafs @ Habs HNIC

Low event game but Campbell hasn't had to do anything. Price has made multiple great saves.

Leafs have been terrific overall but it won't matter if Jackie C allows a muffin in the 3rd. Or if leafs sleepwalk again in the 3rd.
 
The Habs are a well coached team and have a bunch of players that work hard, but they don't have any good players with Weber out.

They are like the 2015-16 Leafs just they loaded up on 2nd liners instead of trading them for picks.

They really need to blow it up and start over. Could get some good value for Weber, Petry Gallagher,, Drouin, Tatar. Maybe even someone takes Price at this point of his contract.

I'd probably keep Domi.
 
both coaches will fast forward the first 2 periods of this game tape. 0-0 can be fun but neither goalie has broken a sweat. Looks like the leafs are just toying with the Habs until they strike

Cambell's kick out on the Tavares goal was a really great, skilled play. But its also the kind of play that gets goalies in trouble.

He's made some good plays puck handling too, but then there was also that cross up with Muzzin behind the net last game.

He's really talented. Loos like one of his problems might be he makes mistakes from trying things most goalies wouldn't.s
