I think he's doing fine for a guy who hasn't played in nearly 3 months. And how well would you play if you knew that even the slightest mistake would get you relegated to the press box? You can't make destroying a player's confidence your full-time job and then criticize him when he displays a lack of confidence.
 
Tinordi has decent mobility for a big guy, I think eventually he will be an NHLer. Needs to make better decisions.
 
The most encouraging thing in all this is that Nate has arrived and has no more business playng in bottom pair

That can only come with experience. Experience that he has consistently been denied by the coach.

Part of me would like to see him traded and succeed elsewhere. Then finally people would realize that Therrien is the problem here, not Tinordi.

Yeah, that's how I see it.

This is a fragile player who has no confidence to just play the game with instinct....he's way overthinking

This kid was ruined two years ago
