GDT | Game 18 | @ Boston Bruins | Saturday, November 18 | 7PM EST

St. Louis and staff aren’t untouchable either. This team looks utterly lost.
I've asked this question since the moment we hired Martin St. Louis and I've yet to receive an answer to my question.

What, exactly, makes everyone think Martin St. Louis's a good coach?

Also, since he's apparently decided to keep Slafkovsky on the team as his pet project... What, exactly, does he have that makes him at good talent development? If he's this good at talent development, why aren't Mailloux & Roy on the team to be around him?

Not ready to play

No complaints from me , this was always a long term project
Be nice if I didn't look at the forwards and see old guys (Gallagher,Monahan,Pearson) as among our best, with no obvious replacements or potential stars in sight. Be helpful if we actually drafted one other than Caufield this generation.

Pretty barren this far into the rebuild. Maybe that's better than being delusional like Edmonton, Buffalo, Ottawa fans appear to have been. Hope Chicago fans suffer the same fate.

The answer is that like most experiments, we have no idea if the MSL experience will work.

We also have no idea if Hughes will be a good GM — sure, he has shown that he can trade both solid vets and cap space for futures, but that’s the easy part of the job and not a permanent assignment

Agreed - Only add whether Gorton and Bobrov will be good in their roles vs their historical track record..
