No just throwing caution to the wind - I don’t believe in the concept of elite GMs in today’s parity NHL… it’s a fallacy.

Yes some are undoubtedly better than others, but the margin is quite slim when adjusted for geographical locale (taxation, weather, market scrutiny etc.)

HuGo seem to be better than the guy they replaced, at least by the end of his reign. Good enough for me . . . for now.
 
It used to be worse. The newer generation of female attorneys is generally less hostile. When I was a younger lawyer there were much fewer female lawyers, now it’s the norm. They’re more than half of all law students.

Yeah that would have nothing to do with education and training.

Keep pretending it doesn't happen in your profession. Literally had this discussion last night as we went to friends for Christmas Eve and she happens to be an attorney of 30 years and there was another.

I'll take their word over yours thanks.

I didn’t say it doesn’t happen. It probably just happens less than most others. And it’s not a point of pride, I could care less.
