You guys forgot what a goalie battle is because they don't happen with Monty.

4 goals or not Dobes has battled the opposing goalie every single game giving his team the confidence they need. Monty rarely does anymore. You all know I'm right yet you continue to defend it.

If Monty was an anglo and Dobes was a ti-gars the fans and media would be losing their shit. But he isn't so "pas d'probleme".

Laine was never er that fast and at his age and with his injury history he is as fast now as he's ever going to be.

He’s playing with Newhook who has no playmaking ability and Dach, who might be better as a wing too. I need to see him play with Demidov before I can decide. Those of you ready to write him off now are just being dumb. He also has 17 pts. in 22 games. That’s great for a guy who supposedly “sucks.”

It is for a player who many think sucks. Like I said, the second line isn’t really a line. It’s just the 3 best forwards on the team after the first line (which actually is a cohesive line) thrown together. I think that will change next season.

He is rocking a career high shooting percentage
Is only playing 15 mins a night

He is pretty bad 5 on 5
