X had his best game of the year. Hope he turns it into a template going forward.
Lost one won two. Doesn't change the fact that fucking Caufield BS is another example of how bad this team is or good at shooting themselves in the skates.sounds like someone lost a bet
Best game of the year for himGames like tonight are why I'd be so hesitant to trade Xhekaj. If he plays like this on a consistent basis, that's a very useful player.
What we are is a bad team that still has too much deadwood to get rid of before it can start dreaming about being a playoff team. We are a team that isn't done suffering yet. More tanking is needed.as long as you are happy we are now the Expos, all is good
Rebuild is going well , finally a functioning #1 line with Slaf improvingWhat we are is a bad team that still has too much deadwood to get rid of before it can start dreaming about being a playoff team. We are a team that isn't done suffering yet. More tanking is needed.
Yup.Best game of the year for him
Bingo , he is a unicorn in today`s gameYup.
If he can figure out a way to replicate this, or a semblance of this, on a nightly basis? He'll have made a lot of money by the time his career's over.
Very few true thumpers like him in the gamePotential is there for sure. A Xhekaj would be really helpful once we're ready to compete in the conference. I expect the East to remain fairly physical for a while.
I'm sure that Molson is already fretting about Xhekaj becoming "too big".Very few true thumpers like him in the game
Would be ideal if one of DR and Mailloux hits in year 1or 2The dilemma is that one of Guhle, Xhekaj, Struble is going to be expendable and one of the most valuable trading piece for acquiring an impact forward. And I think their trading value is in the same order I've listed them. We obviously don't have to make that call now but the day will eventually come.

I find Guhle highly overrated but it’s early, hre’s not playing his natural side, Robidas sucks, yada, yada. The dilemma is that one of Guhle, Xhekaj, Struble is going to be expendable and one of the most valuable trading piece for acquiring an impact forward. Based on their extensive pro experience in North America? Why?
Hutson & Engstrom have the luxury of being able to play RD
Historical probability will inevitably lead to at least 50% of D prospects not achieving their potential and some of them not achieving even NHL potential for that matter, let alone unforseen injuries etc
Both are RHD, the congestion will be on the left side.Would be ideal if one of DR and Mailloux hits in year 1or 2
I would keep WIFI
Guhle's only overrated by those here who foolishly told me for years he had offensive potential.I find Guhle highly overrated but it’s early, hre’s not playing his natural side, Robidas sucks, yada, yada.
There is always a chance that Huston & Engstrom (and Trudeau, and the Russian) flops. Even with this, there is also Matheson whose only 29 years old (turning 30 this month). Can't keep everyone. One of them might have more value to this team as trade bait. Why?
