Teams have spent the past 20 years planning for Ovy….and still failed close to 900 times

No he doesn't. MSL can put a stop to that madness any time he chooses to.

Demidov needs to play with a center who can feed him pucks. To do that, the center must first be able to gain possession of the puck. Newhook never does.

And not just "keep an eye" on him but hurt him a little too? He's old and has a winky knee. He shouldn't get through a single shift without some Habs player either running him, slashing him, cross checking him or spearing him. Make him earn it.

On the powerplay it is what it is but at 5 on 5 the plan should be simple enough. Just hurt him.
