Not with those picks alone, no. That's why you include maybe multiple draft picks or a prospect, or both. There will be teams starting their own rebuild, and those assets will be attractive to them.
Geez, I thought *I* was a pessimist.
Edit: To be fair, you would likely have to include a roster player. Perhaps someone like Newhook. But you do that, you expect an upgrade.

I edited my post - Newhook would be my initial instinct to include. But I'm not Kent Hughes. He is smarter than I am, and I suspect he has some ideas as to who to go for that I, as a fan and definitely not an NHL GM would know to target.
