Hey Nerds: Blockchain

It's hilarious to me that RBC Investments never updates their company profiles. Imagine relying on this:

Trulieve Cannabis Corp is a Canada-based seed to sale licensed medical cannabis company. The Company cultivates and produces all of its products in-house and distributes those products to Trulieve branded stores (dispensaries), as well as directly to patients through home delivery. It also operates in California, Massachusetts and Connecticut. The Company offers a range of products, such as concentrates, flower, oil, capsules and tinctures. It operates a 35,000 square foot cultivation and processing facility in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. It operates three dispensaries, located in Pittsburgh-area locations and also offers medical marijuana relief solutions for Pennsylvanians certified with serious medical conditions. The Company's subsidiaries include PurePenn LLC, Pioneer Leasing & Consulting LLC and Keystone Relief Centers LLC.

re-entered my MSFT calls -- small position -- maybe bulls have a stick save in them

Did some reshuffling. At the end of the day I'm lighter in MJ. Bought some dips. Trulieve at 59 flat, sold that and more at 61.80. Was overweight on them to play the earnings ramp up but no more after trimming some last week and the rest today. Back to a much smaller core. Other that... Folio is now more than 75% Thumb; took some nibbles at 38.60 to 38.80 on them. I suspect they may get hit harder than we've seen but they've already taken it on the chin whereas a name like Trulieve hasn't quite done so just yet.

Trulieve down under 10% since last week. Thumb 16%. Trulieve just feels a couple days behind Thumb in the post earnings dumpage routine. Like 'em both. Just going with more of a LOF strat of being primarily in a single name while things consolidate.

pretty wild day -- small caps got decimated: IWM (small caps) down 3.6% but tech mostly held in led by the big boys AMZN, GOOGL, MSFT all firmly green

I trimmed some cannabis rentals (bounce was too juicy) but I'm inclined to think today marks a short term bottom in these names

Despite being lighter as a whole in MJ, if Thumb goes to ATH, so does Presto. So I'd love that.

But I'm thinking outside of short-term catalyst bounces like NY legalization, we're nowhere near the bottom. And that's fine. Long game.

Yikes, then what the heck am I holding these for?
NY legalization, PA legalization, NJ legalization, removal of 280e, uplisting. The growth will continue to be explosive. Stonks go up and down. And being on the OTC none of it has to make sense. Until it does.

Last year and early this year was just a bonus and had nothing to do why I'm holding longer term. If they were on equal footing as the entire market and Canadian weed stocks, on a proper exchange... THAT'S what would have caused the bubble I've been waiting for this past January/February. These stocks haven't remotely come close to bubbling yet. They will one day.

In a market that doesn't have much value at the moment, these are pretty fucking attractive investments. Anything short-term is just gravy but I'm not holding for tomorrow.

I was more speaking to the we're nowhere near the bottom comment...
Was just my opinion that we may go lower in the short-term. Historically in between earnings season these names struggle with a lack of volume and buyers demand, although this year there is a bit more going on with legislation so there could be a nice surprise to change that (hence me still holding a core).

But I think a lot of stuff goes lower in the short-term including Donkey Kong, Nazzy etc. Doesn't mean it has to happen and it doesn't mean I'm selling errything.

As usual, I have no idea where it's going so I'll just stick it out. But I sure do wish I sold some of my non-core stuff and created some cash and just bought lower. Damn.
