Hey Nerds: Blockchain

BoJo is the unabashed cheeseball promoter in the bunch....but whatever it takes.

And there was a bit of a hint on what Thumb's quarter may look like... They said that Nevada as a whole had a very soft quarter but Ayr's revenues actually grew there in Q4. Thumb probably took a decent hit in that state. Might balance out the Illinois growth. I could see 5-8% qoq growth for them too.

Was able to sell what I bought yesterday on AYR for a gain of a $1.70. Seems to be on the tank now though unfortunately. Popped some into Trulieve at 58.47 but didn't deploy all of it. Keeping some cash in these weak ass bitch times of the sector.

bot the dip in MMM (via calls); unloaded a chunk 90% higher and the ride the rest.

So Thumb's entry into California is interesting. They won that license in 2019 and there are only 3 stores total that are allowed to be open in Pasadena (it took them this long to get approved to open the store). City has 141,000 folks so it'll almost be a pilot project for them and their presence in California. Pretty cool.

out of most ORCL after calls more than doubled...still got a lot of MMM calls

So quick update on VEXT... These guys are trading at a market cap of around 87m and EV of 77m. BoJo says that Curaleaf stores (depending on the location) in Arizona have gone up in sales by 75-120%. At the baseline of that potentially bloated BoJo style estimate of 75%, Q1 should show 14m in revenue based on 75% growth on a partial quarter of rec legal weed. They will probably do 60-70m in revenue for 2021 while being extremely profitable.

Q4 is likely to be stagnant or maybe even negative growth but it's obviously not about Q4 for them. They're cheap as hell but they can continue to get cheaper and cheaper if the sector sucks balls. Small caps will take the largest hits but it ain't nothing but a buying opportunity.

sold some VFF calls on the spike...rinse/repeat. still holding my core.

Just 3% from ATH on my weed folio (that includes SHG just sitting there getting hammered lately). MSOS 21% away. Today was great. Bought the big VEXT dip (trimmed some near close at 99c) and back to my old friend CCHW. Bought big from sub 7.60 to 7.65. Trimmed some at 7.86, some at 7.95. Still have some excess that I'll eventually shed but no rush.

Added to TRUL early in the day at 58.47 which is great because it is now one of my larger positions. Awesome performer today. Started to rebuild my Cresco as well today, have a 16.50 average on them. Best part is, I sold it all a few days ago at 17+ to buy the dips on other names. Capital gets placed back into them at a discount as that capital made profits elsewhere.

Still no Curaleaf for me but I'll keep watching on them. Sold them at 21.11 during their CNBC interview.
