I've honestly only really had issues a couple times during the whole covid dump thing last year in all my time of being on Questrade. Well.. And today as well. But everything was having issues today as per their twitter. It is what it is. It's mostly pretty funny and honestly may work out in my favor in the end. Who knows.
 
In fairness this guy has been calling spx going to 1250 since last April. Maybe he's right in the end. We shall see! I'll eventually buy those leap puts!
 
June 2022 Spy puts just in case we get a multi yr bear (we're kind of due...2000, 2009, 202?)

He's been wrong lately...or more precisely, his analysis is not really actionable. No specific timeframe is given...though he recently rode TSLA sky high and then shorted pretty much at the top.

Hard to really find too much fault in his analysis this time around. Don't love his conviction. Hate when people are absolutely convinced in their mid to long-term predictions because they don't know (as he proved last year). But his thesis makes a lot of sense.
 
I'm pretty sure that xtrends guy thinks Cathie sucks and that she's going to crash and burn. Dude has some takes.

He actually goes long too...people tend to react only to his bearish doomsday scenarios. Proving once again, people love the negative headlines.

Yeah i mean the guy is predicting spx to lose around 60%. No offense to him but I don't give a fuck about anything else he says. If he's right about that there's some real money to be made.

her etfs will eventually be hit so hard....she designed them that way...the highest growth/most speculative names years away from profitability...those things get hit the hardest

he made his name (and money) predicting the 2009 crash....he's followed by quite a few big fintwit names. which is impressive for a green triangle

Like you said, we are very very due. I'm going to start buying longer term puts. What percentage of your folio are usually in those puts?

I missed that...i try to limit the amount of bear porn I jerk off too.

I have my puts; they haven't really moved much (so not hurt by them) and they do allow me to take extra bullish swings, so they probbably have made me $$
 
I see too much bull porn. Everywhere. I'm trying to do a better job of balancing it out so I can be mindful of both sides. It was good to ignore the noise in the last 12 months but I think it's important to be more mindful moving forward.

the party always ends...and this hangover is gonna be a doozy...problem is, who knows when? this unabashed bull porn can stop tomorrow or 18 months from now.
