like most cities, I love Paris but would never want to live there with all the bureaucracy even to open a bank account,

I'd move to Paris in a heartbeat if I had the necessary cash-ola and I could live in the 7th Arrondisment. But I'm not down with living in a concrete high rise in the Algerian Quarter.
