Thing is, based on Levshunov going #2, and so many RHD's going very early, I think Reinbacher would probably had gone very early in this draft. I think they made the right decision in that context. And IMO I don't see what Levshunov has over Reinbacher. A bit more offensive, but not as good defensively. And I think Reinbacher will surprise with his offense over time.

My guy became Demidov . . . the instant we took him, but I would’ve been fine with Lindstrom too. Demidov brings a wow factor that this team and organization have needed for a good while. He's the only guy I had as a potential 2nd overall outside of Catton. Still love Cattons potential. He's more creative offensively than all of them. He makes plays/moves I've never seen before. The fact Demidov grew 2.5 inches this year bumped him up for me. The size can only help. And he's still very dynamic and an amazing stickhandler. Love that he's saying he needs to work on his explosiveness. He does if he wants that break-away speed that would put him in Pavel Bure territory threat-wise.
Seattle needs offense badly and I’m sure Catton playing in Spokane helped as well. They need help on defense as well but that’s generally easier to find than offense, even though Buium types are rare, he was still somehow available at 12.
