Jeff Petry & Ryan Poehling to Pittsburgh for Michael Matheson & 2023 4th

Any speculation on the next associate coach? Last I heard MSL had a list of candidates but that was awhile ago.

Need someone that knows how to run a bench and is competent at coaching young D.

I think Marty is taking over the PP with Burrows on PK.

Craig Ramsay makes too much sense on all fronts - NHL experience behind the bench, D coach, the catalyst for Slaf’s rise, previous association w MSL etc.

Per Pens beat writer, Pitt tried for awhile to get Petry. Originally offered Peterson and a bottom 6 forward. Did not want to trade Matheson but ultimately moved Marino and the Matheson to get Petry.
