Laval Rocket Thread

The ECHL boys, Abbandanato ( 1G and 2A) and Hillis (2G) did good last night in a 6-2 win . Some friendly competition to stick with the team.

ECHL callups are just shaming the rest of the dudes.

5-1 Rocket win

3 assists St Amant

1G 1A for Hillis

1G 1A for Desruisseaux

1G for Abbandonato

Former Knights defenceman Nicolas Mattinen (Ottawa Gee-Gees) was the OUA East’s most valuable player. He was signed by the Rocket and got an assist in his first pro game tonight against Belleville. 6' 5" 215 pounds.

Primeau had 41 saves in a 2-1 Shootout loss.

A goal and two assists for Harvey-Pinard in 5-3 Rocket win. He now leads the Rocket with 38 points and is +22.. Paquette scored his fifth goal.

One goal and 3 assists for Harvey Pinard, good for the 1st star in a 6-2 win for the Rocket. Teasdale had 2 goals and seven shots on goal.

Harvey Pinard scores in overtime, Rocket win 4-3. Harvey-Pinard has 45 points in 58 games and is +25. Deserves a real shot at the NHL level.

Paquette has 7 goals in 8 games, shooting percentage of 46.7%

Harvey Pinard does it again , 1 goal and 2 assists in a 5-1 win last night. 49 points in 60 games and a + 28. Sick sick.

Mattinen, the Ottawa Gee-Gees grad D man scored his first pro goal. Congrats.

Rocket lose their first ever playoff game 5-3 to Syracuse in best of 5 series. 2 goals for Belzile, 3 assists for Niku.

Honestly I dont think Primeau earned it, Poulin played better than him this season. Playoffs are playoffs. play to win.
We're the Montreal Canadiens, our only goal is the Stanley Cup. Giving playoffs experience to Poulin does nothing toward that goal.

If you win the Calder Cup you do so with your prospects or it's a waste of time.
