5-2 win, weekend sweep of Cleveland. Gignac continues the hot hand, 1G, 3A.

Simoneau, Ferrell and Andersson each with 1G, 1A. Mailloux scores his 13th.

Strange to think that the team starts winning when it doesn't have bottom of the barrel caliber goaltending.

But I guess that's Houle's fault (and especially not Hughes for not getting an AHL veteran), right?
 
Sounds like Perreault had a good game after travelling all day yesterday and not getting a practice in with the team.

Played with Stephens and Davidson.

Meh, I still think they will miss the playoffs. Too inconsistent.
 
Rocket took care of business and beat lowly Bridgeport back-to back, this time 3-1. Kidney scored his first goal in 3 months. 2 assists for Andersson. 29 saves for Dobes.

Marlies lost tonight, so Laval move into the final playoff spot by one point. Marlies have three games in hand, the two teams play on Sunday.
