Leafs' Prospect/Marlies Discussion Thread!

So there is some chance of this being a steal, at least.

His year 1 production was great. His year 2 production was split into an awful 1st half and a fantastic 2nd half. If that 1st half was the aberration, especially if it was due to a fixable issue like an injury or something, then he becomes very interesting.

Yeah same choppy stride but somehow still fast and even good acceleration.

But bigger of course. And he can shoot.
 
Think you guys are right that in this weirdo draft they thought they could get higher value out of their (very few) picks and then the guys they typically might get in Rounds 5-7 might slip and they could pick them up after.

That's something that really can't be overlooked...this is such a weirdo, weirdo draft. Voit played 0 games as a 17 yr old and that's not remotely rare within this draft class, Luca Nothingberger that Edmonton just drafted played 6 league games. This is the most eye testy draft of the last 30 years.
