Sorry, I meant people refinancing when it spiked. If you were able to get through the spike and decrease with a low rate, that’s awesome.
I mean, that's half the story. the Libs still need someone competent to replace JT, and I don't know who that person is. and pretty sure they're not currently in government.
so PP will be in power until the Libs find a decent replacement for JT. took'em almost a decade after Martin.
Oh I know what ya meant. Hopefully I timed it perfectly because I'm risk adverseSorry, I meant people refinancing when it spiked. If you were able to get through the spike and decrease with a low rate, that’s awesome.
Freeland has too much Trudeau stink on her nowYeah, if they had a natural successor, it'd be one thing. Freeland seems like the highest profile, but she seems to rub people the wrong way sometimes, and I'm not sure it would be an easy transition, or that she could rally the base enough to wipe the floor with PP.
It's naturally time for a new government, so at some level, at least Justin is being the captain to go down with the ship, and maybe Freeland or someone else can take power with a fresh slate. But if that means that PP gets a strong majority to rule with, ugh, that's going to be some ugly years.

51 bucks doesn't seem like it would be a tremendous reduction from whatever it was when he was elected.
