I don't think highly of Trudeau but I don't think dude is going to commit perjury regarding something that is documented national security information though especially when the person accusing him is 1) an even more massive douche than Trudeau 2) Not cleared to see the information Trudeau is testifying about 3) Only not cleared to see the information because he refuses to get clearance, with the most charitable potential explanation for that is that he doesn't want to know because then he has to lie about shit uncomfortable for him politically and the least charitable potential explanation is that he knows he would fail to get clearance because of his own alleged foreign contacts.
