New Talent for Hockey Night in Canada.

I just thought I would start this off concerning the talent presently employed on the HNIC broadcast.
We all have our dislikes but I thought it would be interesting to hear any names that would do well.
I think a Kaley Cuoco or someone recognizable and still having some relevance would be a start and then adding a snoop dog to do interviews at the rinks and such or guy's homes. Finally, bring back the daddy of all hockey entertainment..... Matthew Barnaby (the guy is a fashion guru who is so woke it isn't even funny.... the guy is a loaded pistol, you know he will go nuts at least twice a season. Might make for interesting entertainment.
Just a thought.
Night MZ and Habsy ... you both look so cute curled up together lol.

Snoop Dog is a big hockey fan
Barkley, Roenick, and Cherry were all part of the hockey scene in varying aspects.
Let's all admit that the women and men presently on the show suck.
Hughson. Cuthbert, the Simpsons, Craig Simpson, John Garrett, Garry Galley, Greg Millen, Louie Debrusk, Cassie Campbell, Scott Oake, Christine Simpson (number one fired shot), Ronald MCLEAN ... (fire this piece of shit), Kyle Bukauskas, Shawn Mackenzie, Dan Murphy
David Amber may be my only choice to stay ... he might be something but you've got to get the Mclean influence away from him.
also fire Elliot Freeman, Kelly Hrudey, and Jennifer Botterill anywhere else on the planet.

Like I had mentioned earlier... be the first pro sport to use an AI as the host of the show ... make it with a little attitude and comedy

No more kyle ducockus interviewing guys who are almost dying while heading off the ice .... what a stupid idea and it was always a stupid idea. Hockey players always give the same answers, and they just busted a nut for the past period and he wants to know what he thought of some little nuance .... really!!!!

Bring in Ricky Gervais as a spokesperson and occasional host. Pay the money and offer him a piece of the pie ...

Thing is, people like us who actually follow hockey religiously and don't just slurp up every lame media cliche or narrative, it's a completely different viewing experience we desire. What most of us would want out of a hockey broadcast would be pretty boring to the "average fan." And what the average fan wants out of a broadcast is pretty lame to us. I don't blame the broadcasters for catering to them though, we're watching regardless, they need to do what they can to attract/keep the masses engaged.

Aside from Barnaby, how would any of these people have anything useful to say about hockey?
from the conversations set upon us these past few seasons, that could be inferred by the present company employed by the producers.

I prefer to keep my sound off or listen to a language tape during the game.
Boring, boring I know, but I can't listen to these personalities.

Find Bob Cole's replacement .... and enough

Doesn't matter ... sweet words and ideas won't matter! I refuse to lift my curse on the Habs!!! 20 years until success.
The Canadiens have some half-decent on-air talent ... why not the leafs.
Hey, make Justin Beaver the spokesman for the team, like the raptors and drake?

Taking a piss break
Refilling your drink
Getting a snack
Reading the FI GDT
Checking Twitter
Jerking your gherkin

All = a far better use of your time during the break in play than watching an NHL intermission show.

I’ve been muting the intermissions on Sportsnet, TSN & HNIC for years now.

Honestly not sure there’s anything they could even do to recapture my interest.
yeah that is when I get shit done. or spliffermission. either way, my in house options are superior to most anything they can put out there. except maybe Charles.
