not this again.
According to NHL standings, the Leafs are not in 6th place. You deciding otherwise changes nothing.Standings are calculated using both points won and points lost, obviously. PTS% includes both of them.
Not sure why you would ignore points lost. Losses make your record worse. They mean something. You can't just pretend they don't exist.
in 2019-20, we saw these end of season totals:
WPG 71gms, 80pts
NSH 69gms, 78pts
and
CGY 70gms, 79pts
VAN 69gms, 78pts
why do you think NSH and VAN were seeded higher than WPG and CGY for the playoffs?

You are wrong. The Leafs playoff seeding is based upon the standings based upon point totals. On today's waiver wire, the Leafs are #27 in waiver priority.
If the season ended today, the Leafs would pick 27th in next year's draft.
If the season ended today, the Leafs would play FLA in round 1.

Not expected goals, not points that haven’t been accumulated yet.
You sound as ridiculous as Trump with a black sharpie.
You can sort by any column you choose. The joys of technology
