No Excuses No Limits! The mother fucking goddamn season thread

I did too, and totally agreed. Wasn't even into them before going but I try not to say no to concerts if the price is alright.

Knowing it was going to be the end added a lot. They were young enough that they still had it and unlike other farwell tours you knew it was the last.

I find it interesting how the country that invented rock music has so few of what I would call Legends. Jimi, Elvis, Beach Boys. Maybe 1 or 2 I'm forgetting. Beatles, Stones, Led Zep, Sabbath, etc

Lots of great bands including my fav in Nirvana but few legends for a country that size and being the birthplace of rock.

Dire Straits

yeah it's a crushing victory for the Brits I'm afraid, at least in that genre

Live music >>>

I agree there
Top 5 live music events in no order

Warped Tour 2003 (the year of the tornado). Yellowcard and Taking Back Sunday (plus seeing my chemical romance on some random stage with 7 other ppl).

Bright Eyes at uni in Calgary.

The Hips last show.

Gov Ball 2015. First festival with my now wife. Even Weird Al was great. Still the best lineup I've ever seen.

The Prodigy at Riotfest in Toronto.
