Is Bertuzzi just not a good fit - or just having a bad year?

Thought for sure he'd be putting all kinds of garbage away in front of the net, or creating havoc in the crease anyway. Seems quite content to drag the puck in to the corner and try to make impossible passes.

Yeah, I don't think Sheldon knows what to do with any player who he doesn't trust defensively. He's also pretty prone to trust some wonky ass players as long as they don't have skill and just happen to play the way Sheldon likes.

Yeah, I'm going to say Torts fixed him, or at least has him in a role that works for him. 2 years in a row playing with Sanheim and both years with the better analytics.

With his shitty reputation, that could be a sneaky good addition. It's weird. His minutes are down a lot, but his usage is heavily defensively skewed.
