It's all the same, and the algorithm only helps to boost sites like these. Get someone to read a shocking headline about how the goverment and doctors are pushing an evil plot.. and suddenly there is a sphere of naturopaths and healers out there to pick you up and teach you how to heal yourself - with a variety of their own products of course. And it can be as mundane as this junk jewelery - and as evil as convincing people to forgo traditional therapies for things like cancer for a miracle supplement that doctors don't want you to know about.
